Every so often in professional, collegiate, amateur and recreational sports there is controversy. Could be a new rule or a missed call, however good organizations try to be proactive and identify areas of discrepancy within their rules, procedures and policies instead of having to react when it becomes an issue. Questioning the status quo is a key characteristic to have as a leader.With that being said, put yourself in the role of commissioner. Your group's task is to review the current system for any holes and/or potential problems. Address the current procedures and make recommendations for ones you think should be amended. Each team will be given a sport/league to evaluate. Write a commissioner's report addressing all the issues you have discussed.
