I appreciate my things more now after the video.It was sad and people should learn to help people out more if they are more fortunate than many others.
I thought that this video was very interesting. It was cool to find out how many people really are having problems in their life. I never knew that what we have right now is complete luxury compared to most people around the world.
To see that that many people are hungry, don't have money, or have nothing to live for really changed how i see the world. I know will be living each day to the fullest. The video was very intersting and i liked it very much.
I thought it was stupid at the beginig. at the end it got better showing how if u have a fridge, closet and a bed you are richer than 75% of the population. the reason why the begining was boring because they were just naming nationalities and stuff. Before i watched thid video, i thought it was going to be one of those videos that at the end something pops out at you but that didn't hapen in this video.
I thought that this was a very interesting video, that really put the world in perspective for me. It showed me how lucky I am just to have a roof over my head and a bed to sleep on. I can't believe that because I have a closet, bed, and a house, that I am richer than 75% of the world, or how many people would be disabled, or have AIDS.
I thought that the video was really interesting. i have never realized the way that the video showed, that alot of people take things for granted. and that if you have a house and a bed, you're richer then more than half of the population. the video really makes you stop and think aobut what is going on in hte world
I thought that the slide was really sad. The slide showed me how people around the world live and how they have nothing. I found out how lucky i was.
I thought this video was very interesting and it really let me know a little about what is going on in the world. After watching it, it makes me feel very appreciative about what I have; clothing, food, a roof over my head and I feel like I should do something to help out, even the tiniest donation to a charity. I did not know many of those facts that were presented in the video and now I would like to know more about this situation to see what else I can do to better the situation other than donations to charities.
The movie on the minature world is powerful because it shows how much certain have. I liked the movie because it shows what the world is like just in a smaller percentage.
People around the world are suffuring and we can help. Their is a large percent of poeple who are starving and survive with very little money.

I think that this video really shows us what the world really looks like. We see the world as we everyone has food shelter and clothing because thats whats in our community.This video shows the world outside our cosy communities.
We have a school to go to and a bed to sleep in but there are people , little children out there who sleep on streets and have no education. To help these helpless human beings we have to try harder and harder or else the problem will just get worse.
Pretty good video. I think it was very nice made me really think. The world looks really differet. If the world was smaller not many people would be able to survive or have the same things we have today. There would be alot of poverty in the world.

I thought that the slide show was sad. This slide show really showed me how lucky I am. I cannot believe that if you have a bank account you are one of the thiry richest people in the world. I am in disbelief that if you have a closet, refrigerator, bed and a roof over your head your are richer than 75% of the population. Although this video was sad it really put the world into prespective.
After reading everyone elses comments, i also apperciate some of the things that i have. but in my original comment is also important and we can help save people and give them things that we have for them to appricate

I thought this clip was very intresting, and it really made me think about what I have. I also find it amazing that people who live in poorer countries live off of less than $2.00 a day. Just our lunches are $2.00, not including clothes and shelter.
All in all, I am amazed at how many people in the world are less fortunate than I am. It seems like everyone has a computer and a bank account. That brings me to another concept, that I am wealthier than 75% of the world, just for having a bank account. I find that just absolutely amazing, and it makes you think about how lucky the celebrities are who posess so much money are. They make up such a little amount of the world's population, yet it sems like they have all of the attention. Basically, this clip really made me appreciate what I have and what other people don't.

I thought that the video was surprising. It was surprising becuase it made me realize what was really going on. I realized how good we have it and i now appreciate what we have more.
I thought that this was a very interesting video that showed the population of the earth. I don't think that most people know how more than half of the people here live. Its really sad how people think that they have such horrible lives if they can't have a car or if they can't go out whenever they want when there are people that don't even have food. I think that more people should help out.
There is so much that we can all do to help out but most don't even both. I think most people need to re-evaluate thier lives and realize that the world is a really big place that spans beyond our town and country.
I thought this movie was interesting because if the world would be miniture there would be a very very small population. Some intresting facts i read was how 3 people would have a computer. Also how the totla population woulb be 100 people. That is about 1/10 of our high school. The entier asian population would be narrowed down to 61 people. Six people would own 60% of the world. And the rest of the people would own almost nothing.
This really helped to understand the poplulation when it would slim down to 100 people, as the population.
I thought this show was a real good way of showing people what they have and what others dont and they should take advantage of what they have and feel grate full for it.It shows how most of the world does not have a roof over there head and a meal to eat or even a bed to sleep in.
Living in a place where if you dress differently them everyone people think your strange. IF you dont have new close to whare every day then you are an outsiderand dont fit in. Over all you should appreciate what you have.

That was a very interesting video. I had no idea how fortunate I am just because of the fact that i have a roof over my head, a refridgerator, a closet, and a bed. I found the statistics of the different races of people very intresting.
I did not know so many people were starving in the world. It makes me sad to think of how many people are afflicted with illnesses and hunger every day. To live on a single dollar a day, that is completly unreal to me. Even two dollars a day is unbelieveable. This video has really shown me a lot about the world that I did not know and it makes me feel secluded from the horrors of the world.
I thought this video was very interesting. It showed how little most of the people in the world have. Normally, people think that the basic living conditions is having a house. But, there are many who don't have a house, or even clean water to drink. We take these "basic" things for granted and still want more. We fail to realize how fortunate we are to have those things.
I agreed with the videos main purpose, which was to show how poor our people of the world are. But, when they showed that the U.S. spent about a trillion on the military, and only 100 billion on welfare of citizens, i felt that we need more money for the citizens so they can live. However, they wouldn't be able to live a free life if we can't protect them. So, more money for the military is necessary in my opinion, even though the money spent on wellfare should increse slightly.

I was very surprised at the statistics presented in the movie. I could not believe that if you have a roof over your head along with the other things like a bed you are richer than 75% of the rest the world. I think every person should have to see this movie because it really makes you stop and think about how fortunate you are. This movie showed me how lucky I am to live in such a great country and be so fortunate. I now have a new out look on life and I want to try and help in some way.
After watching this video i think it made myself as well as many other people realize that we are lucky compared to a majority of people in the world. We don't think about the homeless or people who aren't rich in the world and don't have a house. It makes me sad to think that other people in this world stuggle and only live on a dollar a day. I have never really thought of how many problems there are out there that humans, the same as me can be experiencing right now. Some are hungry and malnourished, living on only $2 a day. There are people and families of numerous religions and ethnicities. One of the percentages that surprised me was only 3 percent of the world has internet access.
