Sports Marketing

The author we have been reading in class, Seth Godin manages his own blog with daily stories that relate to marketing and consumerism. By clicking on Godin's head above you will be directed to his blog. From there I would like you to read as many posts as you can and then select three that are the most interesting to you. Then I would like you to open ms word and write a summary of each of the three you were intrigued by. Please put the post title on top of your summary. Each summary should be a paragraph illustrating the main point of the post. Please save this on your hard drive and we will print it tomorrow.

Sports Management

Okay it's March Madness time. Your task is to pick the winner using a strategy that you originally develop. It could be you like the colors or the mascot or the logo. It could be more scientific like the schools average GPA. It could be linked to their football teams success. The point is that you have to think of a formula and apply it to picking teams and proving that your theory leads to the championship.
Print out a bracket here. Write your theory/strategy/idea on the back of the bracket after careful research. Finally, go ahead and fill out the bracket according to your plan. Please submit to the teacher.
